1. How to shop?

Any customer can make a purchase in the online store, and registration is not required to complete the purchase.

2. Orders

Orders can be placed: at any time of the day, by selecting goods online. Orders are processed on working days from 10.00 to 16.00. If you place an order at another time, it will be processed on the next business day.

2.1. Step-select a product.

2.2.Step-add the item to the shopping cart.
2.3.Step- fill in the order form and click Continue and Confirm the order.

2.4. The order will be placed and can be delivered only registering active and correct telephone number.

It is possible to receive the goods in our kennel free of shipping charge, or choose one of the offered delivery methods, which is for a fee.

3. Payment methods

It is possible to pay for the purchased goods by  bank transfer.

For natural persons

Payment by bank transfer, an invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you. You will be able to receive the product after the money has arrived in our account. At the time of delivery, you will receive the original invoice/bill of lading.

For legal persons

When paying by bank transfer, an invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you, which must be paid before receiving the goods, unless a cooperation agreement has been concluded, which provides for other payment terms. At the time of delivery, you will receive the original invoice/bill of lading.

4. Data processing
